Culinary Server

Do you enjoy serving others? Lakeside Generations Senior Living & Care Center, a Cassia community overlooking a lake, has wonderful Culinary Server positions available - guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts! No experience needed! We will train you! We welcome anyone with a passion for providing great customer service to join our team.

Our Culinary Servers serve residents, employees, and family members' meals. Our Culinary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike. We offer free meals during your shift!

Position Type: Part-Time with some weekends.

Hours: 3:30pm to 7:00pm

Pay Range: $14.71 to $17.93 / hour depending on experience

Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

Server Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Server Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
