Job Description

The Lead Bartender is responsible for guiding and inspiring the bar team. This role focuses on the development and execution of innovative cocktail programs, ensuring service excellence, and upholding the highest standards in mixology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Conceptualize, create, and implement seasonal and signature cocktails, staying ahead of industry trends and promoting innovation in mixology.

  • Train, mentor, and develop bartenders on techniques, presentation, service standards, and product knowledge.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service.

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests with precision, professionalism, and in accordance with established service protocols and etiquette.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management on ordering, stocking, and waste control.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bartending, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or head bartender role preferred

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and hospitality.

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
