As a Cook 3, you will play a key role in evening culinary operations, preparing and presenting elevated dishes with consistency and confidence. This position serves as a critical member of the Culinary department, supporting junior culinary colleagues, ensuring high food quality standards, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen during our busy PM service.

- 2 years of previous culinary experience, including working independently on the line
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to support and train junior team members as needed
- Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure
