We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of an assigned building at Hall Park throughout the workday. This position ensures that high-traffic areas such as lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and common spaces are clean, well-stocked, and free of hazards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while following safety and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lobby Maintenance:

Ensure the lobby is always clean, presentable, and safe by mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, cleaning glass doors and window frames, and removing cobwebs.

• Restroom Sanitation:

Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed. Disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors throughout the day. Clean partitions and flush floor drains daily.

• Common Area Care:

Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, mailrooms, vending areas, and entrances. Address spills or stains immediately to prevent slip hazards.

• Stairwell Cleaning:

Sweep and dust stairwells twice per week to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Vacant Suites & Basements:

Clean, dust, and vacuum vacant suites regularly. For buildings with basements, maintain floors and remove cobwebs as needed.

• Weather-Related Safety:

During rain, snow, or icy conditions, ensure wet floor signage is placed at all entrances to prevent slip-and-fall incidents.

• Safety & Emergency Response:

Report any facility issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to management immediately. Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requests or urgent service needs.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor supply levels (cleaning agents, paper goods, PPE, etc.) and report replenishment needs in a timely manner.

• Compliance & Safety Practices:

Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and adherence to OSHA guidelines. Maintain awareness of surroundings to identify and mitigate any potential hazards.

Employment Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols and company policies.
