Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Greeter / Valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their experience with us. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, shuttling customers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with parking their vehicles and retrieving them promptly when they return.
• Handle keys and vehicles with care and maintain the security of guests' property.
• Provide information about the facility, available services, and local attractions as needed.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Follow all safety and company policies while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicle types.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
