On the job:

• Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
• Assist the kitchen with pick up all trash
• Keep floors clean
• Assist with breaking up boxes for recycle bin
• Keeping dish area cleaned and organized
• Removing soiled plates and flatware from dish area
• Helping with prep station
