Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking **Groundskeeper** to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, residents, or staff.------------------------------------------------------------------------**Responsibilities:**- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using hand or power tools and equipment- Maintain flower beds, trees, and shrubs by weeding, pruning, watering, and planting- Clear walkways, driveways, and public areas of debris, snow, or leaves- Perform seasonal maintenance such as mulching, fertilizing, and aerating soil- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly- Inspect grounds daily and report any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs- Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas- Assist with basic repairs and upkeep of outdoor fixtures (benches, fences, signage, etc.)- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or property manager------------------------------------------------------------------------**Requirements:**- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field preferred- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment- Reliable transportation and punctuality- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
