This dynamic position plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience, from the moment of arrival to the final farewell. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, proactive, and thrives in a service-focused environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred. In this multifaceted role, you will not only serve as the welcoming face of the property but also support our guest experience through itinerary planning, personalized wine service in our guest library, and assisting with our curated breakfast bar service. This position offers the opportunity to create truly memorable experiences for every guest. Ideal Candidate Profile: Naturally warm and engaging personality with a strong desire to serve Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker and calm problem-solver, able to make quick and confident decisions Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Flexible and collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude Key Responsibilities: Offer a genuine and personalized greeting to all guests, using their name and actively looking for ways to assist (carrying luggage, offering beverages, valet support, etc.) Deliver exceptional phone service, in line with the hotel's guest service standards Execute efficient and personalized check-in/check-out procedures, confirming guest identity and securing payment in compliance with PCI standards Escort guests to their room, highlighting key in-room features and property amenities Provide personalized concierge service, including creating detailed local itineraries, booking experiences, and offering tailored recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and other attractions Serve wine in the guest library, offering thoughtful pairings and background knowledge when appropriate Support breakfast bar service in the morning, ensuring a welcoming and polished presentation Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved beyond guest expectations Communicate clearly and accurately in all written and verbal interactions Step in to support other departments across the hotel and restaurant as needed Maintain flexible availability for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager and Hotel Manager If you're passionate about hospitality, eager to contribute to a close-knit team, and excited to craft meaningful moments for our guests, we'd love to hear from you.
