Custodial Technician, MKV

Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time 3 days per week, dedicated and reliable Custodial Technician to join our team. As a Custodial Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The hours for this position are 730a-330a Monday- Friday, and 7a-3p on the weekends. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility to work some holidays as needed. The pay for this $15.50-$17.00 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various areas of the building Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues (e.g., broken equipment, leaks) Ensure all areas are safe and accessible to staff and visitors Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness meets company standards Requirements: Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Excellent communication skills and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required Must have a valid driver's license.
