Groundskeeper - Full Time

Groundskeeper**Friendship Village is seeking a Full Time Groundskeeper to work with our Maintenance team preforming general grounds maintenance and some maintenance and upkeep on buildings and apartments for our senior residents. As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible for tree trimming, lawn care, snow removal, other landscaping duties and general building maintenance.**Working Hours:**Primary hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage. Our facilities are open 365 days a year, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work any hours including weekends or holidays on an on-call basis as needed.**Qualifications:**- Prior grounds keeping experience required- Able to safely operate landscaping equipment without restrictions- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests.- Ability to communicate effectively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
