Maintenance - Custodian

O'Brien County has a full-time Maintenance/Custodian Position**

**The applicant must have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**

**Duties include but are not limited to; keeping county buildings in a clean and orderly condition by performing maintenance and upkeep on the furnace, air conditioner, and boiler; performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities including HVAC systems; notifying management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.**

**Starting wage is $55,000. O'Brien County offers IPERS, and many other great benefits.**
