High-end residential housekeeper needed for Summerlin Estate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented high-end Estate Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in large residential (ESTATE) property, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and hygiene standards. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies during all cleaning activities. Conduct floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Assist in cooking or meal preparation when required in residential settings. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management for high end estates is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices high end residential cleaning techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
