QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, GED, or prior experience in janitor role. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Empty the trash Clean tables, seats and shelves Sweep and mop floors Clean sinks, toilets, urinals, walls Clean microwaves Fill paper towels and toilet paper dispensers Vacuum carpets Clean mirrors and windows Sweep stairs Dust Clean refrigerator when needed WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Primary work assignments are in an inside office environment, however from time to time may require exposure to the following environments on a minute basis. Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions not necessarily temperature conditions. Inside and outside environments would apply, may involve walking from one building to another. Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
