Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to efficiently manage clinic operations. Key responsibilities include opening the clinic, setting up for the day, greeting patients, and assisting them through the self-booking process. The role also requires phone management and acting as a translator for non-English speakers. Proficiency in customer service and basic office tasks is essential. Responsibilities / Job Duties Open the clinic and set things up for the day. Greet patients and assist them through their self-booking process. Answer the phones; customer service skills are required. Act as a translator for non-English speakers. Perform back-office tasks such as surgery scheduling and authorizations (training provided). Monitor office supplies and restock as necessary. Utilize the Advanced MD EMR system. Skills Proficiency in EMR System - Advanced MD. Strong customer service skills.
