Place des Fetes (PDF) is a wine bar and restaurant located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. From the team behind one-Michelin Star Oxalis, Cafe Mado, and Laurel Bakery. PDF offers small plates inspired by sustainable seafood and locally sourced produce, as well as a curated and diverse selection of natural wines.
PDF is actively seeking professional, experienced Assistant Servers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, food and beverage. People interested in creating genuine connections with their guests, and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Enthusiasm about natural wine and ingredient driven food is desired, as is attention to acute detail and steps of service. We require a minimum of one year in restaurants/wine bars. An interest in sustainable seafood and locally sourced produce is a plus.
