Entering our 5th year of business. This upscale Italian restaurant located on Mantoloking Road
is looking for educated, reliable personnel that are drama and drug free. You must have your own transportation. You must have knowledge and understanding of how to deal with premier customers and have at least 3 years fine dining experience. The following positions are available for immediate hire:

Our hours of operation are from 3 pm till 9:30 pm

Executive Chef/ sous chef

Looking for full-time five nights per week roughly 1, 2:10 PM

Must have Italian wine, dining background, and be able to start immediately. Salary / hourly based upon experience and expertise. This position is immediately available.

* Host/Hostess must have knowledge of Resy Reservation system and prior experience in a fast paced restaurant. Must also understand the job description

interview in person. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Resy a PLUS.

* Servers. We are looking for two servers 3 to 5 days per week, Must have 3 years minimum fine dining experience. Must be able to work ALL holidays and weekends. Pay is minimum wage and tips. Everyone is on the books.

* Food Runner: 3 to 5 days per week Food running in a fast paced restaurant. Must have knowledge of Italian cuisine, be able to multitask, control dining room flow and take out. Please come dressed like you want the job. Must have transportation and must be available ALL holidays and weekends.

*Bus person - Full time needed, nights only. Must work ALL weekends and holidays. Must have an eye for detail. Must be clean cut and professional. Willing to train. Must be at least 17 years old.
