Your Culinary Mission : As a Kitchen Team Member /Prep Cook , youll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling. • Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.

• Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.

• Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.

• Manage incoming goods, ensuring theyre stored properly and ready for culinary creation.

• Maintain our kitchens sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.

• Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.

• Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.

What Were Looking For :

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)

• 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have :

• Certifications : Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications

• Tech Skills : Familiarity with POS software

• Skills : Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
