Food Service Cook at Kingfield Elementary School

Description:
MSAD 58 has an opening for a full-time Food Service Cook at Kingfield Elementary School. This position is available at the beginning of the 2025-26 school year.

Job Summary:

This position is full-time, 7 hours per day Monday through Friday, 175 School days plus up to 2 workshop days at the discretion of the Food Service Director.

This position is responsible for the daily operation of the food service program in that building. They will ensure proper nutrition of meals, safeguarding the health of students, staff, visitors, and meeting all requirements of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

Qualifications:

The Food Service Cook must be ServeSafe certified. They will also need to have a current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) on file from the Maine Department of Education.
