Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Pre-bus, clear, and reset tables
• Keep the server stations stocked and replenish necessary items including glassware, ice, straws, napkins, dishware, silverware, condiments, etc.
• Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
• Ensure all tables and dining area are immaculately clean and properly set
• Uphold Ameristar quality standards of all food and beverage
• Abide by Health Department safety standards
• Ensure all established cost controls are followed
• Responsible for all routine side-work; opening, during-service, closing functions and checklists, etc.

• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
