Position SummaryThe Suite Runner is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Runner must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00-$25.00.

This position will remain open until August 31, 2025.
Responsibilities- Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to Suite Catering Orders.
- Assists with the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all accountable items.
- Ensure adequate storage of product by continual supervision of stock levels.
- Ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by management.
- Works in conjunction with Suite Staff & Kitchen Personal department.
- Ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Supports event schedules and assignments based on business demands.
- Ensure Customer Service, complies with standards of service.
- Establish and Maintain positive client relationships.
- Maintain a professional work ethic.
- Able to work irregular hours as dictated by event schedule, including, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Provide the highest customer service excellence.
- Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, and guests.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- A true spirit of hospitality, relationship building and an ability to have fun at work in a live-event driven environment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling certificate.
- Ability to meet the company standard of excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
