Customer Service Specialist

Nesco Resource is partnering with a company located in Muncy, PA looking for an Experience Customer Service Specialist. Are you motivated and have a passion for building relationships?

Responsibilities:

• Reconnect and establish a connection with past clients who haven't ordered recently. Building and maintaining relationships with past, present and future clients.
• Handle incoming calls, process orders, and provide product information. Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
• Manage customer transactions and coordinating product deliveries.
• Collaborate on promotional emails, flyers, and mailers.
• Work with IT and Sales to help update online product, making sure it is aligning with marketing and sales goals.
• Provide exceptional service before and after sales

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• College degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Preferred)
• Previous experience in a Customer Service Role (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• QuickBooks & Salesforce experience is a plus

Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (approximately 40-42 hours per week)
