Nesco Resource is partnering with a company located in Muncy, PA looking for an Experience Customer Service Specialist. Are you motivated and have a passion for building relationships?
Responsibilities:
- Reconnect and establish a connection with past clients who haven't ordered recently. Building and maintaining relationships with past, present and future clients.
- Handle incoming calls, process orders, and provide product information. Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
- Manage customer transactions and coordinating product deliveries.
- Collaborate on promotional emails, flyers, and mailers.
- Work with IT and Sales to help update online product, making sure it is aligning with marketing and sales goals.
- Provide exceptional service before and after sales
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- College degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Preferred)
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Role (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- QuickBooks & Salesforce experience is a plus
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (approximately 40-42 hours per week)
