We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager with a strong understanding of wine to join our team, working alongside our General Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in food service management and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, food safety, and quality. This position demands a proactive leader with the ability to effectively manage staff, control inventory, and create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you should have solid management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a strong understanding of front-of-house operations. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that both guests and staff have a memorable experience every day.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints
Regularly review product quality
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Skills

MUST HAVE EFFICIENT WINE KNOWLEDGE
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage knowledge (especially wine), with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software. (OpenTable and SevenRooms)
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
