Requirements:

Proficiency with OpenTable and Resy platforms is required

Previous experience as a host/hostess in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
