THE JOB:

As a Seasonal Costumed Beverage Server (Model Cocktail Server), your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by promptly preparing and serving beverages.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station

• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue

• Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience

• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list

• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New Jersey Gaming Control Commission

• Is available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• T wo (2) years experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub is preferred

This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
