Minimum starting salary of $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. All full time team members are eligible for full benefits, paid time off, double-time pay on holidays, bonuses and more!
Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village 19800 SW Touchmark Way on Bend's beautiful westside, has an opening for a Custodian within our Housekeeping department. This position will be full-time and will focus primarily on general custodial duties throughout our amazing resort-style campus.
In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team both within the department and within Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in general, to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors.
Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
- Ensure custodial duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
- Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
- Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
- Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members

- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks

No experience is necessary but ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be 18 years old older
- Must be able to pass a drug and background test
