Seasonal Line Cook

We are a well established Woodinville Winery, with a fully in house culinary program to support our Tasting Room, Private Events, and Wine Club.

We are looking for somebody with 1+ years of prep and cooking experience to help our small but very talented kitchen team through the busy season.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

-Making pizzas and managing the pizza oven for Tasting Room service, Friday - Sunday.
-Assisting in all food prep
-Assisting our executive, sous, and pastry chef in daytime and nighttime private party execution

Qualities we are looking for:
-Efficient and hardworking, able to stand on feet for 10+ hours on some days
-Respectful of staff, able to take direction from supervisors
-Available Friday-Sunday, flexible schedule. Because our private events business depends on customer demand, hours do vary. Days often start between 9-10am, and may end at 8-9pm depending on events. Tasting room food hours are consistently 11am-4pm

Hours are likely to be 25-40 hours per week, being a seasonal position. But depending on summertime demand, hours may exceed this. We are offering $20-$22 per hour depending on experience, and seasonal line cook will be included in Tasting Room and Private Events tip pools, which typically amounts to $2+ per hour.
