Requirements:
Experience in customer service
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to proofread documents for clarity and accuracy.
Experience as a medical office receptionist is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
