Cunningham's Creekside (located at 6301 River Road) is looking for experienced Servers & Bartenders. Are you interested in waiting on some of the nicest people in the Louisville area and earning FANTASTIC TIPS. Your responsibility is to show up daily with an upbeat attitude, while serving great food in addition to a variety of drinks from a full bar menu. Our customers are very GENEROUS. The Servers in our operation have a wide variety of menu items, in addition to a large beer, & liquor inventory to operate from- this combination of unbelievable food and a huge variety of drinks allows you to create large checks. You are not coming into a new location and hoping that it is successful, but instead you are joining a team in its 20th year of operation in Prospect that is a family-owned operation since 1981.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED servers and bartenders that can handle a busy station or busy bar and get rewarded for it.
As a server, you will have the ability to quickly turn tables, while serving absolutely delicious food. Additionally, we help you turn those tables by employing food runners and bussers during our busy times. From a bartending standpoint, you will be serving OUR GUESTS with a WIDE variety of liquor brands, beers, wine, and seltzers.
Unlike most restaurants, your serving sections (Location and Number of Tables) are based on YOUR PERSONAL SERVER ABILITIES and your personal work skills, not how long you have employed by us. We are looking for people to join our team that show up on time and after our initial training are ready to take orders and deliver great food to our GUESTS every shift. We offer PART-TIME as well as FULL TIME positions. If you are STILL HESITANT to leave your present position, but these positions sound like something you would like to TRY out-keep your present job, but join us for a shift or two and see first hand how much money there is to be made.
We serve our GUESTS on 2 levels-indoors, inside the restaurant as well as outdoor sections, on our first floor patio and a huge deck, overlooking the water.
If you do not have experience as a server in a dine-in, fast casual setting, we have some great positions for food runners, wanting to LEARN how to be a server. Additionally, we are hiring bussers and hostesses. These are NOT low paying positions- this is NOT HIGH SCHOOL money-there is real money to be earned doing our busser and food runner duties.

My family has operated Cunningham's in Louisville since 1981 and we are known throughout the area for a fabulous fish sandwiches and super cold beer. The restaurant is open seven days a week, 363 days per year, so HOURS ARE NOT A PROBLEM for the right people.
