Who You Are: You move fast, stay focused, and take pride in the details. As a Food Runner, youre the crucial link between the kitchen and the guest experience. You know the menu, communicate clearly, and hustle with purpose. You anticipate, you adapt, and you make sure every plate hits the table looking as good as it tastes.
What Youll Do:
Deliver food quickly and accurately to the correct tables
Describe dishes confidently when needed, knowing key ingredients and allergens
Assist servers by clearing plates and resetting tables
Communicate with kitchen and FOH to ensure smooth, timely service
Keep the expo line organized and clean
Handle guest requests with urgency and professionalism
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout service
What You Bring:
Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred but not required
Strong communication, memory, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while staying calm and friendly
Eagerness to learn and grow within the team
Must be able to lift trays and stand for long periods
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
