Janitorial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Technician for a large property in Tampa, FL. This is a general labor position focused on outdoor janitorial and light maintenance work. Candidates must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities Include:
Pressure washing and general property upkeep
Changing lights (up to 10 ft, lift usage required)
Use of power tools and basic maintenance equipment
Trash removal and event setup assistance
Lifting up to 60 lbs
Working in various weather conditions
Multi-tasking across a large outdoor property
* Respond to tenant and management requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Promptly report any major issues or hazards to property management.

Requirements:
MUST pass a background check
MUST speak English fluently or be bilingual.
***** MUST be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions typical warm climate
Available to work occasional weekends, if requested
Reliable transportation preferred
