Position: Custodian / School Bus Driver, Full Time

Salary: Placement on the salary guide is as per the Custodian's Salary Guide for July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026 within the SEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Benefits: Access to benefits is as per Article 13 within the SEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Requirements: Includes participation at mandatory training and scheduled progress, as well as a check-in meeting with the Supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid New Jersey Standard driver's license for a minimum of three (3) years.
• Hold a valid (or be in process of obtaining) New Jersey CDL Class B driver's license with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
• Have a clean driver's motor vehicle record free of accidents, moving violations, or other driving-related convictions during a specific period.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and physical examination.
• Black Seal License Preferred or must be obtained within employment for a $750 stipend.
• Knowledge of plant operations; cleaning methods and procedures, proper handling of hazardous materials, and ability to troubleshoot and repair cleaning equipment.
• Capable of moving heavy objects such as desks, tables, and file cabinets.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship, legal resident alien status, or authorization to work in the US.
