MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: Equivalent to graduation from high school. Completion of a food safety certification program as reviewed by the District. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION-EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: College and/or specialized coursework in nutrition and/or quantity food preparation, including baking. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: One (1) year experience preparing large quantities of food or bakery products in a public or commercial establishment. PRE EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT (At Employee Cost if Hired:) -TB Clearance -Fingerprinting
