EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of experience in general construction, maintenance and plumbing. KNOWLEDGE OF: Common materials, tools, equipment, and methods used in the carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, heating and refrigeration trades.
