About the Role:

The Non Union Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at the Nissan Decherd facility. This position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that all areas are hygienic and presentable. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all areas of the facility.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
