THE JOB:

As a Spa & Salon Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15 Hourly

THE SCHEDULE: On Call

Hours of Operation

Mon - Sun: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests in the booking of spa and salon services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior

• Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa and salon software system

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card

• Has prior work experience in a Spa & Salon, or retail setting
