Job Information:

Full-Time Maintenance

Hourly Rate: $9.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect equipment, buildings, and grounds for any damage or issues.

Repair or replace malfunctioning electrical systems, plumbing, and other building fixtures.

Conduct routine maintenance on building systems, including cleaning and storing equipment.

Install equipment and appliances in compliance with local and state building codes.

Procure necessary supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance.

Report any issues to a supervisor.

Adhere to company safety regulations and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Education and Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Valid Driver's License required.

- At least six months of proven maintenance experience.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Ability to disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to replace defective parts.

- Capability to maintain focus when working independently.

- Competence in using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.

- Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks.

- Ability to work effectively with others.
