Line Cook and Food Server

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team ina dual role as Line Cook and Server. This position is ideal for someonewho enjoys both the fast-paced environment of the kitchen and providingexcellent service to guests. The successful candidate will assist infood preparation and cooking, while also taking orders and ensuring apositive dining experience for our customers. Key Duties andResponsibilities: Line Cook Duties: Prepare and cook menu itemsaccording to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organizationof the kitchen and prep areas Ensure food quality, presentation, andportion control are consistent Assist with stocking, labeling, androtating ingredients and supplies Follow food safety and sanitationguidelines at all times Work with kitchen staff to complete ordersefficiently and accurately Handle kitchen equipment properly and reportmaintenance issues Server Duties: Greet guests and provide a friendly,welcoming experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and relaythem to the kitchen Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professionalmanner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address anyconcerns Clear and reset tables promptly between customers Handle cashand credit card transactions using the POS system Maintain a clean andorganized dining area
