What You Will Do As An Moving Concierge Agent Receive Inbound calls from our calling queue Manage and document sales process in our CRM tool Evaluate consumers' financial needs and identify where our services can help Use a script to help guide each call and sell our services What You Will Bring As An Moving Concierge Agent Sales/customer service background preferred High School Diploma/GED Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can-do" attitude Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications High level of integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to multi-task/have the ability to learn a variety of products and services within multiple ordering systems. What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member Pay Range*: Starting pay rate is $15.50 hourly base + uncapped commission and bonus. Our top performers average anywhere from $75,000-$100,000+ per year *Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location. You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
