Wild Sage is gearing up to open its doors, and we're looking for a Prep Cook who's ready to set the tone for culinary excellence and help shape the food and people experience from day one.

Are you an organized, clean freak who enjoys setting your team up for success? We have the perfect job for you...

A prep cook in our kitchen will have the basic knowledge/ability to:

handle kives

use kitchen equipment, like slicers, broilers, grills, ovens, etc.

understand terms like slice, dice, chop, roux, simmer, etc.

be on their feet for up to 6 hours at a time

measure ingredients correctly

keep their space organized and clean

work independently and as a team
