Cook/Housekeeper

Are you a highly skilled and discreet professional with a passion for cooking who keeps a beautiful home? A prominent family is seeking an experienced Cook/Housekeeper to oversee meal preparation and help with the daily graces in their beautiful Naples, Florida, residence with occasional travel to New York. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in healthy, plant-forward, but not vegetarian, cuisine alongside solid experience in high-end housekeeping, including the care of fine furnishings and valuables. Private housing is available for the right candidate, but you are not required to live on site. Responsibilities include : Comprehensive meal preparation for the principals and dinner parties Manage household food and beverage inventory and provisioning. Track spending Expertly care for laundry, linens, and personal belongings Maintaining pristine household cleanliness (assisting the full-time Housekeeper) Assist the team with pet care and floral arrangements Provide personal assistance as needed Manage organizational projects and open and close the home for the season. Important qualities: We are looking for a true team player with experience working in a private home. To be successful in this role you must enjoy taking care of the principals and their home. You must be a reliable, organized, and trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong respect for confidentiality. A valid driver's license is required. Schedule: Generally, a five-day work week. Tuesday to Saturday (Sun/Mon off) OR Sunday to Thursday (Fri/Sat off) This is a full-time, year-round position and requires flexibility for some changes in your schedule when other team members are on vacation, etc. This is a supportive team environment. Compensation: Base compensation of $125,000 -$150,000 depending on experience Annual discretionary bonus Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, 15 days PTO, sick days, paid federal holidays, and more.
