General Maintenance Worker

Employer seeking mature individual with general maintenance experience. This person should have basic carpentry skills, will be required to maintain grounds and perform all duties assigned. Will require on call duty, weekends and some nights if emergency situations occur. Will be handled by rotation one week on one week off. Pay and benefits package depends on experience. Individuals must possess a valid drivers license and liability insurance. Prefer HVAC, but is not required.
