Ability toperform moderately heavy manual labor including lifting 50 to 90 pounds,as well as the ability to understand and follow oral and writteninstructions. Must possess a CT motor vehicle operators license andhave possession of a dependable motor vehicle. Ability to assign andcheck work of subordinates and to train and instruct employees inbuilding cleaning operations. Ability to maintain accurate records andprepare reports.
