We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at The Darwin. What you'll love about this role:

Welcome and serve each guest with exceptional service, both in person and over the phone

Check guests in and out in a friendly and timely manner

Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for our guests

What we're looking for:

A team player with a genuine smile and a love for people

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Strong attention to detail

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

One to three months of related experience and/or training

Hotel front desk experience preferred
