### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and answer any questions about the menu.
- Take food and drink orders accurately (in-person or by phone).
- Operate the cash register/POS system to process payments (cash, credit, etc.).
- Ensure all transactions are recorded properly and receipts are provided.
- Pack and hand out takeout orders when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and register area.
- Assist with basic restaurant tasks such as stocking supplies, folding menus, or light cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure order accuracy.
