Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial properties while communicating effectively with clients and team members in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong cleaning skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Take out trash and recycling Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning supplies Communicate clearly with team members and clients in both English and Spanish Follow checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure consistent service quality Qualifications: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (or other specified language) Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Strong communication and customer service skills Must be able to work independently or with a team
