Job description
The Receptionist provides front desk and telephone/switchboard coverage in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner when dealing with residents, families, co-workers, and visitors.
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous reception and/or switchboard experience preferred
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Possesses customer service and hospitality skills
Strong typing and computer skills
Must be efficient, organized, and able to multi-task
