Casamara is a vibrant new coastal Mediterranean restaurant and rooftop bar bringing European charm and fresh, transportive flavors to Dupont Circle. Our rotating fish cards and cocktails inspired by Mediterranean ingredients deliver a true taste of paradise in the heart of D.C.

We are hospitality-driven professionals who value great food, exceptional service, and genuine connection. As we build out our opening team, were looking for experienced, passionate Server Assistants who are ready to create unforgettable guest experiences in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

• Provide elevated, warm hospitality and attentive service at all times

• Greet guests with water throughout service

• Assist servers by marking tables and running food

• Clear and reset tables with precision and grace

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service stations and the dining room

• Support team members across multiple floors

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and remain active throughout long shifts

• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor

• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

• 12 years of previous experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality environments

• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge

• Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and culture

• Familiarity with multi-level restaurant or rooftop operations is a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
