The Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work and understands the power of first impressions. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our property's curb appealkeeping it clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who calls it home. What You'll Be Doing Keeping our outdoor spaces sharp and beautiful: mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, plantingyou name it Removing trash, debris, and safety hazards to keep the property clean and secure Working closely with the property team to support resident satisfaction Helping maintain common areas like sidewalks, parking lots, and recreation spaces Taking ownership of your tasks and following a maintenance schedule with pride and precision Being friendly and professional with residents, vendors, and team membersyou're part of what makes this place feel like home! What We're Looking For 2+ years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience (apartment or hotel setting preferred) Strong knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment A positive attitude and a strong work ethicyou're someone we can count on Good communication and a commitment to service Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stay on the move outdoors in all types of weather A high school diploma or equivalent What You'll Get We know great work deserves great rewards.
