Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our guests while ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly.

Duties

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Recruit and hire staff
Organize buffets and banquets
Manage kitchen operations
Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment.
Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sauteing, baking, and frying.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that meet customer expectations.
Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being open to experimenting with new dishes.
