Barista

Overview**

We are looking for friendly and passionate individuals to join our team as a**Barista**at**Ben Gongs Tea Annandale Team**! As part of our team, you will:

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea drinks and other menu items.

- Take customer orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

- Follow recipes and ensure drink consistency and quality.

- Store Cleaning duties.

**Requirements**

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly, reliable, and a team player.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Flexible availability, including weekends.

- Previous experience in similar roles (Required).

- Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register systems.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers.

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

**Job Types:**Part-time / Full Time

**Pay:**$12 - $15 per hour (based on the profile especially the experience)

**Expected hours:**

30 - 40 per week

**Shifts**

- Mon - Thur: 11am-4pm / 4pm-9pm

- Fri: 11am-4:30pm/ 4:30-10pm

- Sat: 10:30am-4:30pm/ 4:30-10:30pm

- Sun: 10:30am-4:00pm/ 4:00-9:30pm

**Education and Experience:**

- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

- Barista/Toppings/Cashier (Front) or similar: 1 year (Required)

**Language:**

- English (Required)

- Chinese (Preferred)

- Spanish (Preferred)
